This fixture is produced to the diameter and plan shape required, using arc sections cut to length rather than fixed modules, with the splice positions planned so they land in visually quiet areas of the ribbon. The approach keeps cost predictable because the extrusion and strip are standard profiles, only the cutting and splice plan change. Drop is adjustable on site, the LED strip is serviceable by removing one arc section rather than the whole fixture, and the driver sits in the ceiling void where a maintenance technician can reach it from an adjacent access hatch.

The custom plan capability also suits mezzanine voids in restaurants and retail, where the spiral must sit inside a specific opening rather than float in open ceiling. Architects working on listed buildings use the small diameter versions where the fixture has to fit between original beams.

Arc sections ship in foam lined crates with the splice plan and hardware in a labelled box. Strip sections are pre wired with capped connectors, and each arc is tagged with its position reference. A compact packing format keeps crates small enough for narrow stair access, which is often the limiting factor on these projects.

Lead time is 24 to 34 days after drawing approval, with express production for residential handover.
