The process begins with the interior concept and room plan; we propose two or three compositions, then issue a coordinate schedule for the approved option. Custom options include RAL matched finishes, mixed section sizes, a two group circuit split, an integrated uplight for ceiling wash, and a full size mock up delivered to site for committee review.

Rings ship in pulp cradles with each ring numbered to the coordinate schedule. Canopy plates, anchors and drivers travel in a labelled box with the layout drawing. Because the composition can be visually sensitive to finish damage, every ring is wrapped in a removable film and inspected again before crating.

Lead time is 24 to 34 days after composition sign off, with prototype frames available in seven days. Spare drivers and diffuser sections are stocked, and installation support by video call is offered for first assembly. Finish touch up pens are supplied for RAL matched and brushed metal surfaces.
