Cones ship in individual moulded cartons grouped by cluster, with the plate, template, cords and driver in a labelled crate. Each cone is numbered to the layout drawing, and the crate carries a packing list matched to the cluster reference so installers can work element by element.

Lead time is 20 to 28 days, with express production for restaurant openings and staged delivery for groups. Module and driver spares at two percent, plates and cords stocked for standard cluster sizes, and commissioning notes for dimming. Replacement cones can be produced individually to match an existing installation.
