We work from the table layout and ceiling height, then propose shade diameter, pendant spacing and height above the table surface. Shades ship in individual moulded cartons with the module pre fitted and tested. Cords, canopies and drivers travel in a labelled bag per pendant group. Brass surfaces carry a protective film that stays on until the room is decorated, and each carton is marked with the shade reference and finish.

Lead time is 16 to 24 days, with express production for restaurant openings. Module and driver spares at two percent, and replacement shades are stocked in the standard diameters. A dimming compatibility sheet is supplied for common restaurant dimmers, and technical support is available during first installation.
