Cable and cores run inside the rod through a slip joint, so the electrical connection stays legal and invisible at any length. The rod ships in a protective tube with the canopy and locking collar in a labelled hardware bag. Arms are foam blocked and crystal travels in a labelled tray. An installation card covers rod extension, collar locking torque and the wiring slip joint, and each unit is electrically tested at both ends of the rod travel before packing.

Lead time is 18 to 26 days, with express production for installation deadlines. Replacement rods and collars are stocked, a six percent crystal allowance is included, and a video walkthrough of the rod extension and locking process is supplied for installers. Longer rods are quoted separately if a project needs an extension beyond the standard travel.
