Arms ship blocked in a steel reinforced crate, with crystal in padded trays labelled by arm group and position. Anchor plates, bolts and lock wire travel in a labelled hardware box matched to the rigging drawing. Each crate carries weight and lifting point markings, and an illustrated assembly manual is supplied for the rigging contractor.

Lead time is 26 to 36 days after approval, with staged delivery for phased venue openings. A rigging consultation call is offered before installation, an eight percent crystal allowance is included, and single arms can be replaced within three years.
