Arms ship individually sleeved and blocked in a steel reinforced crate, with crystal in padded trays labelled by arm number and group. The hub, brackets and plugs travel in a labelled hardware box with the layout drawing. Each crate shows weight, centre of gravity and lifting points, and an illustrated assembly card covers arm fitting sequence.

Lead time is 28 to 38 days after layout approval, with staged delivery for phased venue fit out. Rigging consultation is offered before installation, an eight percent crystal allowance is included, and individual arms and brackets can be replaced within three years. Production files are retained for five years to support additional units and refurbishment.
