We work from a customer drawing, a physical reference fixture or a detailed brief, and return a manufacturability review that flags any feature that will add cost without adding perceived quality. Volumes start at fifty units per colour way, and repeat production runs against the same tooling retain the original specification file, so a refit two years later is a purchase order rather than a new development project.

The process starts with a drawing, a reference sample or a detailed brief. We return a manufacturability review and a tooling quotation, then produce a pre production sample with a photographic report. Options include customer logo etching, custom colour temperatures, specific driver brands, individual unit serial numbering and drop testing to a customer defined standard.

Packaging is produced to the customer specification, including printed cartons, manuals and barcode labels. Units are drop tested to a customer agreed standard before the batch is released, and a packing list with carton level detail is issued for customs and site receiving. Master cartons are sized for standard pallet configurations.

Sampling takes 15 to 20 days, production 25 to 35 days after sample approval. Photo records and inspection reports are issued per batch, and the tooling and specification file remain under customer reference for five years.
