Profiles ship in rigid tubes with end caps, joiners and diffusers packed separately and labelled by run. A layout drawing and driver schedule travel inside the first tube, and each section is marked so installation follows the drawing instead of measuring on site. Long runs are broken only at the planned joiner positions.

Lead time is 20 to 30 days after drawing approval, with express production for restaurant openings. Profile, diffuser and driver spares at two percent, drivers stocked for five years, and commissioning notes covering dimming curves. Radius sections and later additions can be produced individually to match an earlier run.
