Panels ship in edge protected cartons stacked per bay, with skirts coiled in labelled sleeves by bay and position. Drivers travel separately in a labelled box with wiring diagrams. A bay installation card shows the rod layout, plug positions and skirt sequence, and every panel is photometrically sampled from the production batch.

Lead time is 25 to 35 days, with delivery scheduled against the ceiling grid programme. Panel spares at two percent and skirt spares at three percent are supplied, drivers are stocked for five years, and photometric test reports are provided per batch for the lighting designer.
