Custom options include a champagne or amber crystal mix, a two canopy cascade for very tall foyers, an offset bracket for helical stairs, a shorter drop version for mezzanine voids, and finish matching to door furniture and brassware.

Strands ship on rigid formers in labelled sleeves, with the canopy, winch and drivers in a separate crate sized to pass through domestic doorways. A household care card covers cleaning, winch operation and lamp service. Protective film remains on metal surfaces until the interior is complete, and installation can be scheduled to the client's access restrictions.

Lead time is 24 to 34 days after approval, with installation guidance by video call and winch commissioning notes for the electrical contractor.
