Strands ship in section bundles labelled by landing, coiled on rigid formers, with canopy brackets and drivers in a separate crate. Each section has a corresponding tag on the clearance drawing so the installer hangs them in order. Weight per section is marked on the bundle for safe handling at height.

Lead time is 28 to 40 days after approval, with staged delivery aligned to stair completion. A three percent strand allowance is included, winch hardware is stocked for three years where specified, and a cleaning schedule is supplied for the building's maintenance team.
