The driver and wiring are concealed above the highest canopy ring, keeping the visible fixture free of electrical boxes. Strand density is calculated against the lobby volume and the required illuminance at reception desk level, so the fixture functions as light, not purely decoration. The whole assembly breaks into canopy rings and labelled strand bundles that pass through standard service lifts.

In mixed use towers, developers specify the same system for lift lobbies at two levels, using matched canopies so visitors recognise the fixture going up or down.

We model the fixture against lobby sections, including mezzanine and balustrade heights, then issue a canopy layout and photometric summary. Custom options include four and five ring canopies, rectangular stepped arrangements for long lobbies, crystal colour in champagne or smoke, and integration with building management dimming such as DALI or KNX.

Canopy rings ship separately in foam lined crates, with strand bundles labelled by ring and position in individual sleeves on rigid formers. Drivers and hardware travel in a labelled box with the layout drawing. A hanging sequence card is included, and load data per ring is stencilled on each crate for the rigging team.

Lead time is 28 to 38 days after approval, with staged delivery for occupied buildings. A three percent strand spare allowance is included, and bead and wire repair kits are stocked. Rigging consultation by video call is offered before installation, and the production file is retained for five years for extensions and refurbishment.
