We request the atrium plan, ceiling height and any obstruction such as sprinklers, smoke detectors or CCTV, then produce a canopy layout drawing showing strand positions and drop lengths. Custom options include multiple canopies in a group, an oval or rectangular canopy, a two tier arrangement, crystal colour in champagne or amber, and DMX control for animated scene changes in commercial spaces.

Strands ship as pre labelled bundles in individual sleeves, coiled on a rigid former to prevent kinks. The canopy travels in its own crate with drivers and retention clips in a labelled hardware box. Site handling notes cover unloading, temporary storage and the hanging sequence, and every bundle carries a position tag matching the layout drawing.

Lead time is 25 to 35 days after drawing approval, with staged delivery for phased installations. We supply a three percent strand spare allowance, replacement beads and wire for future repairs, and technical support by video call during the first canopy installation. Production records are retained for five years for matching extensions.
