The fixture ships in numbered sections on a steel reinforced plywood skid, with crystal strands in separate padded trays labelled by tier and position. Bolts, alignment pins and lock wire are packed in a colour coded hardware box that matches the assembly drawing. A rigging and assembly manual with photographs is included, and each crate carries a weight and centre of gravity marking for safe unloading.

Production takes 30 to 40 days after drawing approval, with staged shipments possible for very large ballrooms.
