This custom made luxury hotel lobby chandelier is engineered as the visual centrepiece of a grand entrance hall, pairing a hand finished brass frame with tiered K9 crystal panels that scatter light across marble floors and high ceilings. Every unit is manufactured from a project drawing rather than a fixed catalogue size, so diameter, drop length, arm count and light output are agreed between the interior designer and our engineering team before cutting starts. The fixture runs on 240V mains supply, with a 110V option for North American projects, and the wiring harness arrives pre assembled and labelled for fast site installation. Because hotel lobbies demand continuity, we archive the production drawing and finish sample of every order, which lets repeat chandeliers for refurbishments or additional guest floors be matched years later. Each frame is load tested before crating and ships with a certified suspension kit.

Designed for hotel lobbies, butler served reception desks, club lounges and villa entrance halls where the ceiling height exceeds three metres and the fixture is the first object a guest sees. The tiered construction suits double height atriums, while the dimmable driver works with hotel scene control systems for daytime arrival lighting and evening ambience. Interior designers also specify the same family for  foyers, high end sales galleries and private members clubs, because the brass frame accepts bespoke arm layouts without changing the visual language of the room.

Projects begin with a drawing or a mood board, whichever the client has. Our engineering team returns a dimensioned shop drawing within three working days, including suspension points, weight per tier and recommended maintenance access. A finish sample and one crystal panel are posted for approval before production. Once approved, the frame is cut, brazed and plated in a four week cycle, then photographed under power before packing. Clients receive the final drawing set in DWG and PDF for their own facility management records.

Each chandelier is disassembled into transport tiers, wrapped in pearl cotton and custom moulded foam, then packed in plywood crates with a steel reinforced base. Crystal panels travel in separate padded trays to avoid edge chipping. A packing list mirrors the tier numbering on the drawing so the installation team can unpack crate by crate. Before shipment every unit is energised for four hours and checked for colour consistency, flicker and terminal temperature, and the inspection record travels with the shipping documents.

Orders ship 25 to 35 days after drawing approval, with a partial shipment option for very large lobby installations. We support site installation by video call during the first hanging, provide a spare parts kit covering ten percent of crystal panels and one spare driver, and keep the production file active for five years so replacement components can be manufactured on request. Payment terms are 30 percent deposit with the balance against the pre shipment inspection report.
