Private Label From Carton to Nameplate

Private label work starts with the things customers see before they see the fixture: the carton print, the inner foam layout, the instruction sheet and the rating label. We produce retail ready packaging with the buyer's brand, barcode and market specific warning text, and we check the carton drop performance because a chandelier that arrives with bent arms generates returns that no margin absorbs.

Nameplates, hang tags and warranty cards are produced to the buyer's artwork. Where the buyer has no artwork, our design team supplies a neutral layout that can be branded in a single revision.

ODM Development and Exclusivity

For ODM work we develop a design against a target retail price and a target market rather than against a drawing. That means starting from the margin structure: what the fixture can cost at the factory gate, what the carton costs, what freight adds, and what the shelf price has to be. The design follows from those numbers.

Market exclusivity is available on ODM designs for an agreed volume and term. The design is registered to the buyer for that market, and we do not offer the same model to a competing importer in the same territory during the exclusivity period.

Certification and Documentation

Certification is usually the bottleneck for a new range. We hold CE and RoHS documentation and ISO 9001 process certification, and we support buyer led certification for other markets by supplying test samples, component lists and driver certificates in the format the laboratory requests.

Each shipment carries a packing list with carton dimensions and weights by model, which importers need for freight booking and for their own warehouse slotting.
