Installation Instructions for Custom Glass Chandeliers
1. Preparation
Ensure that the ceiling structure is strong enough to support the total weight of the chandelier.
Turn off the power at the main electrical panel before installation.
Carefully unpack all glass components and place them on a soft surface to avoid scratches or breakage.
2. Mounting the Ceiling Plate
Secure the mounting bracket/ceiling plate to the junction box using the provided screws.
Check that the plate is firmly fixed and level.
3. Electrical Wiring
Connect the live (L), neutral (N), and ground (G) wires according to local electrical standards.
Ensure that all wire connectors are tightened and properly insulated.
If the chandelier includes a dimmable driver, make sure the wall switch is compatible.
4. Installing the Main Frame
Lift the main metal frame and attach it to the ceiling plate using the safety hooks or mounting screws supplied.
Double-check that all structural parts are securely fastened.
5. Hanging the Glass Components
Install glass shades, pendants, or tubes one by one following the numbered diagram.
Handle glass parts with clean gloves to prevent fingerprints or damage.
Ensure each glass piece is properly locked or clipped into its designated holder.
6. Final Check
After all components are installed, inspect the chandelier from different angles to ensure symmetry and alignment.
Restore power and test the lighting.
Adjust the height or balance if necessary.
7. Maintenance Tips
Clean the glass parts regularly using a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner.
Avoid spraying cleaning solutions directly onto electrical components.
Periodically check that screws and hanging parts remain tight.
