A custom crystal chandelier is only as good as the drawing that precedes it. Most projects that go wrong do not fail in production; they fail because the approved drawing never matched the ceiling, the drop or the room. Our custom programme is built around a drawing cycle that settles those three variables before any metal is cut, and the same document travels with the order through fabrication, plating, crystal dressing and final inspection, so the fixture that arrives is the fixture that was approved.
The process starts with the room: ceiling height, fixing positions, the sight line from the entrance, and the furniture below. We return a dimensioned elevation showing the fixture in the space at true scale, with the drop marked from the finished floor rather than the slab, because that is the number an interior designer actually controls.
Two revision rounds are included before approval. Designers typically use them to adjust arm spread, crystal density and the relationship between the fixture diameter and the table or lobby seating beneath it. Once signed, the drawing is frozen and issued as the production reference with a revision number that appears on every inspection sheet.
Frames are fabricated from steel tube and plate, then plated in brass, nickel or bronze, or powder coated where a matte finish is specified. Plating thickness is checked on sample coupons from each batch, because a finish that looks correct on day one and dulls within a season is the most common complaint in coastal and high humidity installations.
Crystal is selected by cut and clarity rather than by weight. For large fixtures we dress the outer ring with the brighter material and keep the inner ring consistent, so the fixture reads evenly from below instead of showing a bright front and a dull back. Champagne, amber and smoke tints are available where the interior palette calls for them.
Production runs 25 to 35 days from drawing approval, with express slots for opening dates that cannot move. Fixtures ship in sectional form where the assembled size exceeds container or service lift dimensions, with each section numbered to a site assembly drawing so installation does not depend on guesswork.
For projects with multiple rooms, we hold the approved specification for five years so later phases match the original rather than arriving as a near miss. A crystal allowance, spare arms and touch up materials travel with every order.

Custom work is judged on the details that never appear in a catalogue: whether the drop suits the room, whether the finish survives the climate, and whether the second phase matches the first. Those are process questions rather than design questions, and they are the reason the drawing cycle comes before everything else.
